a. Add “Phone Number” field & Verify the “Phone #” field is NOT Mandatory (10DLC/Business Messaging Guidelines require a customer to “Opt-In” and cannot require a phone # on a website form used for collecting SMS/Texting Consent) b. Right above the “Submit” button below the webform, please add the following verbiage with a check box for Opt-In Consent stating “By submitting this form and checking the box to sign up for texts, you consent to receive customer care messages from Helping Paws, Inc., at(opens in a new tab) the number provided. 2.    For your Volunteer Application Page https://form.jotform.com/241414401947048(opens in a new tab) i have the below items that will need to be added/adjusted:

a. Right above the “Continue” button below the webform, please add the following verbiage with a check box for Opt-In Consent stating “By submitting this form and checking the box to sign up for texts, you consent to receive customer care messages from Helping Paws, Inc., at(opens in a new tab) the number provided.
