| Helping
Paws' volunteers are truly the backbone of the organization.
In the past fiscal year, volunteers donated over 50,000 hours
to Helping Paws' programs and services. There are many ways
a volunteer can help the organization, from becoming a foster
home to serving on a fundraising committee to walking a dog
for a service dog graduate. Helping Paws would not thrive without
the enthusiastic efforts and commitment of all its volunteers.
Our volunteers do
many things including:
- Foster home
- Exercising and grooming the
dogs
- Office administration
- Participating in fundraisers
- Special event volunteer
- Breeding dog caretaker
- Building maintenance and improvements
- Photography and design
- Board of directors
- Committees
- And much, much more!
