page can then be printed out and mailed to Helping Paws
along with your payment.

Helping Paws will
gladly accept a check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard. Checks
and money orders should be made out to Helping Paws. For
credit card orders, fill out all of the credit card information
on the order sheet, sign it, and then send it in via FAX
or postal mail. Your credit card will be billed when
the order is processed.
